The service was great and I was seated very quickly. The waitress that served me was named Beth and she was very nice and attentive. I had a Reuben and the rice pudding for dessert, the rice pudding was great and the Reuben was pretty good too, except it had slightly too much island dressing. The restaurant also included a cool little general store in the front that mostly sold candy. Overall, I'd say the restaurant is worth it especially considering how cheap it is. My entire meal came out to be just over $14.

Cozy place with a great service. An old fashioned restaurant with a tasty food. We order the ham steak and one of the burgers.

We had breakfast here about 3 times on our trip and dinner once. The older ladies working during the morning hours are so friendly and helpful. I have a dairy allergy and our waitresses during the morning were always so knowledgeable and made adjusting or helping me come up with something to eat so easily. They're like a Cracker Barrel except not a corporate chain with everything loaded with prepackaged and cooked foods. Love the homey look inside and all the authentic decorations were so cute to look at. Loved the knick knacks and things they had to sell in a little gift shop area. The sweet tea was a favorite and you can order 1/2 unsweetened if you like. We only had dinner once and never wanted to go again. Younger staff seems to be at night, I felt rushed, and not heard with my food allergy. Instead of being helpful or giving me ideas of what would be easy to order without causing too much trouble it was so much back and forth between our waitress and the cook - only to have something full of dairy put on my plate seeping into my food and I was told to just scrape it off my plate ‍ told her I think it saturated my meatloaf (stuffing) and she just walked away after handing me a little bowl to scrape it in. I did get sick towards the end of our meal so we left and didn't wanna go back after that. To the ladies in the morning thank you for everything!!!

A great breakfast! The sourdough toast is wonderful and worked great to sop up the remnants of my chicken fried steak with gravy and some over easy eggs. Haven't had a hit the spot breakfast like that in a while. Prices were great ($9.99 for hash browns, chicken fried steak with gravy, two eggs and toast). Service was excellent and atmosphere was pleasant. Putting a pin on the map to be sure and stop again!!

This restaurant transforms you to the country. It's very quaint and it has a gift and candy shop inside. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They asked for our beverage order before we sat down and our food was prepared fresh and quick. Given my gluten allergy, I had scrambled eggs with vegetables. It was very tasty. This was a perfect stop during our road trip.

Dutch Pantry is as expected. This is a complement. Just off I-80 in Central PA. Solid menu, good service, and ambience like a mini Cracker Barrel without the high cost. Solid experience.

This is the dictionary definition of a diner. You walk in and get transported back in time with the decor and love from the hostess. The breakfast menu was large but organized nicely to decide what you are hungry for. My husband and I both got omelettes...both were great! But the stars of the show was the biscuit and the apple fritters. Ordering both of these are a must!
